For several years, Vale Press have sponsored one of the Mini/Junior teams at Stratford Rugby Club, where the players are drawn from Warwickshire and the surrounding counties of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.

So we’re incredibly proud to offer our Congratulations to the team we sponsor this year, Stratford Rugby Club Under 15’s.

Coached by Tom Stowe, MD of Vale Press, they’re only gone and won the “Warwickshire Cup” – the first time ever for an Under 15 Stratford team.

Stratford beat Old Laurentians by 40 points to 7 at the match played at Barker Butts RFC on Sunday 23rd April.

Well-played to both teams. And a great way for Stratford to celebrate Shakespeare’s Birthday!

As part of our commitment to plant 2023 trees this year, we were out planting trees this morning including a new 50 metre hedgerow. The hedgerow contains many berry trees, so, hopefully, a new food-supply for birds in the years ahead.
